The open plan kitchen is fully fitted with oven, ceramic hob, toaster, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, iron, ironing board, coffee machine and blender.

 

 

 

 

Communal Swimming Pool
The apartment also has a small garden with grass, flowers and a palm tree and also has the benefit of a communal swimming pool. The pool and surrounding area has been attractively landscaped with palm trees and tropical plants.

There is room for parking directly outside the apartment. The apartment is fully fitted with security grills and has a burglar alarm for your peace of mind.

Several of the sandy beaches that lie on the Costa Blanca coastline are just a very short drive away. Within walking distance of the apartment is the Villamartin golf course.
