Unfortunately a few terms and conditions must apply to your booking – Please read. 

A £100  deposit is required after confirmation of booking and the balance to be paid at least 8 weeks prior to departure. If your booking is less than 8 weeks before departure then please send the total rental fees at the time of booking. A £100 refundable deposit against key return/breakage is required with the final payment, this will be returned in full upon satisfactory inspection of the apartment by our agent. If the balance is not paid by the due date we reserve the right to re-let the property to suitable applicants and keep the deposit if we are unsuccessful. 

The private community swimming pool (R3) has rules displayed, which must be complied with. 

You are responsible for leaving the apartment and gardens, together with all furniture and equipment clean and in good working order. Before you leave please replace all items that were broken or damaged during your stay. 

Subletting or other assignments are not permitted and the use of the property by you and your guests is entirely at your own risk. Unfortunately we cannot entertain claims for loss or injury and we strongly recommend you arrange good travel insurance before departure. 

It is possible that occasional loss of power or water may occur under exceptional conditions. 

Please do not smoke or light candles inside the apartment. Towels are provided for use in the apartment, please take your own towels to the beach and pool. Please do not hang towels or clothes over the balcony; a clotheshorse is provided and there is also a rail attached to the wall of the terrace. 

Please arrive after 4 pm and vacate the property by 10 am on the day of departure. We try to be flexible where early and late flights exist, but at times we need to prepare the accommodation for incoming clients and therefore might not be able to adjust these times. PLEASE CONTACT US TO MAKE SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS.
